Celebrity Endorsement Kuku Bima Ener-G (Studi Deskriptif Kuantitatif Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Celebrity Endorsement Kuku Bima Ener-G Pada Karyawan Pabrik Ambassador Garmindo)

Pada dasarnya tujuan periklanan adalah mengubah atau mempengaruhi sikapsikap khalayak, dalam hal ini tentunya adalah sikap-sikap konsumen. Periklanan melayani banyak tujuan dan banyak pula pemakainya, mulai dari perorangan yang memasang iklan mini di surat kabar daerah hingga perusahaan besar yang memanfaatkan jaringan televisi untuk memperdagangkan merek-merek populer kepada jutaan pemirsa. Iklan televisi bisa ditayangkan hingga beberapa kali dalam sehari sampai dipandang cukup bermanfaat yang memungkinkan sejumlah masyarakat untuk menyaksikannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap celebrity endorsement Kuku Bima Ener-G pada Karyawan Pabrik Ambassador Garmindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang telah menyaksikan penayangan iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT. Ambassador Garmindo, sebanyak 97 orang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif yakni penelitian yang mengembangkan konsep dan menghimpun fakta, tetapi tidak melakukan pengujian hipotesa. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan 3 indikator untuk mengukur persepsi yaitu Daya Tarik, Kecocokan dan Kredibilitas. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian tersebut adalah menunjukkan bahwa responden sebesar 73,20 % setuju tentang celebrity endorser Kuku Bima Ener-G dengan iklan yang dibintanginya. Sebesar 67,01% setuju bahwa celebrity endorser iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G mudah dikenali oleh konsumen. Mengenai kepercayaan akan kemampuan celebrity endorser sebesar 80,41% menjawab setuju. Sedangkan mengenai kesamaan karakter sebesar 63,92% menjawab setuju yang berarti perasaan atau karakter yang dimiliki oleh celebrity endorser pada iklan mampu mewakili nilai dari iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G. kecocokan celebrity endorser pria pada iklan sebesar 71,13% menjawab setuju, hal itu dikarenakan celebrity endorser pria lebih cocok dengan menggambarkan stamina yang kuat. Sedangkan persepsi konsumen mengenai kecocokan tokoh iklan sebesar 30,93% menjawab setuju dengan Mbah Maridjan, dikarenakan Mbah Maridjan memiliki karakter berani menghadapi tantangan dan kuat sebagai misi terselubung iklan tersebut

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEBUGARAN JASMANI MELALUI PENDEKATAN BERMAIN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan bermain dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa SDN 1 Greged. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan bermain. Desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest One Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 2 Greged Kabupaten Cirebon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang siswa kelas V, siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan mendapatkan perlakuan pendekatan bermain. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia. Hasil pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t test. . diperoleh nilai 0,004 < (α) 0,05. Kesimpulan, pendekatan bermain dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani memberikan pengaruh terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas V SDN 2 Greged.; The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of playing in the learning approach to physical education to physical fitness of students at SDN 1 Greged. The method used is the experimental method bemain approach. Pretest-posttest study design One Group Design. The population in this study were students of class V SDN 2 Greged Cirebon. The sample in this study amounted to 20 students of class V students as an experimental group to receive treatment approach play. Sampling technique in this research is purposive. Instrument used in this research is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The results of data processing and hypothesis testing using a paired sample t test. , obtained a value of 0.004 <(α) of 0.05. Evaluasi Displacement Horizontal Pasar Raya Padang Blok IV Berdasarkan Gaya Gempa Pada SNI-03-1732-2019

Pasar Raya Padang Market blok IV was built in 2016&nbsp; as an resisting earthquake building based on&nbsp; SNI-1726-2012. The building has a building dilatation with a distance of 1 cm. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the dilatation distance of the Raya Padang Blok IV market building based on the seismic forces required in SNI-1726-2019.The evaluation method used in this research is numerical analysis method by using non-linier pushover over analysis. The numerical model used 3D model with the input material and the earthquake loading according to the proposed design and the response spctrum from SNI-1726-2019. This research evaluate overall structural performance of the buildings based on ATC-40. The results of the pushover analysis of the Raya Padang Blok IV Market building are the maximum displacement of the building of 9.936 mm, the allowable displacement is 320 mm, and the shear force to occur is 1409.094 KN, while the design shear force is 1508.3265. The results of this analysis conclude that the existing dilatation distance in the existing building meet the minimum requirement need based on this study. DEVELOPMENT OF ART PERFORMANCE TICKETS INFORMATION SYSTEM AT PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL

The development of technology and increasing human needs are two things that influence each other. As one example is the need to purchase art performance ticket using the internet. At present, most printed tickets allow misuse by irresponsible parties, but it also takes longer to get tickets. Therefore a solution is needed to purchase tickets with the website. In addition to making it easy for buyers and organizers, tickets will be accepted quickly. E-Ticketing is a way to document the sales process of a business activity without having to physically issue valuable documents or paper tickets. A website-based ticket art purchase application is needed to make purchasing process easier. The making of this application uses HTML as client-side development, PHP as server-side development, and MySQL as a database. With this application it is expected to help the organizers and buyers in making it easier to get tickets. In the testing phase this application starts from creating an account to getting a ticket going well. Then from the conclusions of the application made with this application, the buyer will get the convenience of getting tickets and buying tickets for events held at school by opening the website that has been provided

Perhitungan premi tahunan asuransi jiwa endowment pada Asuransi Joint-Life untuk tiga orang tertanggung dengan urutan kematian

Pergantian suatu resiko yang mungkin akan diderita karena suatu peristiwa tertentu, diperoleh dari pembayaran sebuah premi. Premi tahunan pada asuransi joint life merupakan besarnya biaya yang ditanggung oleh peserta asuransi (dalam hal ini tiga orang) yang dibayarkan setiap tahun agar memperoleh santunan ketika salah satu diantara ketiga orang tersebut meninggal. ANALISIS PENILAIAN PERSEDIAAN UNTUK MENCAPAI LABA OPTIMAL PADA PT. TITIAN GAS

The purpose of this study is to determine the inventory valuation calculation using the FIFO method, to determine the inventory valuation calculation using the Weighted Average method and to find out which method produces a more optimal profit using the FIFO method or the Weighted Average method.The theoretical basis used in this research is cost accounting which focuses on the calculation of LPG inventory valuation at PT. Titian Gas. The hypothesis of this research is that inventory valuation using the FIFO method will produce the more optimal profit than using the Weighted Average method at PT. Titian Gas.          The results showed that the cost of goods sold for 5.5 kg, 12 kg and 50 kg LPG was having a difference where the calculation using the FIFO method obtained a lower total cost of goods sold than using the Weighted Average method so that the gross profit using the FIFO method could be generate higher profits than using the Weighted Average method.            The conclusion from this research is that the calculation of inventory valuation using the FIFO method produces a more optimal profit than using the Weighted Average metho

Pijat Oksitosin dalam Meningkatkan Produksi ASI

Pijat oksitosin adalah pemijatan pada sepanjang tulang belakang  sampai  tulang costae kelima dan enam, merupakan salah satu solusi mengatasi ketidak lancaran produksi ASI dengan cara merangsang refleks let down. Tujuan penelitian ini membuktikan pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen one group pre and post test design, dengan sampel  sebanyak 30 responden  yang diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Dalam penelitian ini responden diberikan intervensi berupa pijatan oksitosin kemudian diukur produksi ASI sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan  rata-rata produksi ASI sebelum dilakukan pijat oksitosin adalah 8,57 cc dan rata-rata produksi ASI setelah dilakukan pijat oksitosin adalah 10,27 cc  dengan  nilai p value = 0,001 dibuktikan ada perbedaan rata-rata produksi ASI sebelum dan sesudah pijat oksitosin. Analisis Pentingnya Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Literasi Digital Guru Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru

Meluasnya penyebaran infeksi virus COVID-19 di Indonesia selama kurang lebih dua tahun, menuntut pembelajaran di sekolah dilakukan secara virtual (berbasis web). Pembelajaran virtual mengharapkan guru dapat menguasai teknologi dan mengoptimalkan kemampuan penyampaian pembelajaran, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran tercapai secara ideal dan maksimal. Salah satu kompetensi yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki dan dikembangkan oleh guru adalah kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital. Namun masih banyak yang belum sadar betapa pentingnya kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penulis mencoba untuk menggunakan pendekatan kualititatif dan memaparkan datanya secara deskripsi analisis tentang pentingnya kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan penilitian dapat dijelaskan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Jika kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi guru menunjukkan penguasaan yang rendah maka kinerja guru juga akan rendah; (2) Jika kompetensi pedagogik meningkat, maka kinerja guru juga akan meningkat; (3) Jika literasi guru meningkat, maka kinerja guru juga akan meningkat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi guru secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah

Taboo Words Spoken by the Main Characters of Louis Leterrier’s The Brothers Grimsby Movie

This study concerns the classification of the taboo words uttered by the main characters of The Brothers Grimsby movie, Nobby Butcher and Sebastian Graves. Nobby is a poor man who grows in a poor city, while Sebastian grows in a rich and decent family. The taboo words are classified in accordance with Battistella’s groupings of taboo words. Non-participant observation method and note-taking technique were applied to collect the data. The result shows that there are a total of 36 taboo words spoken by Nobby and Sebastian, which consist of 13 vulgarity (36,1%), 11 obscenity (30,5%), 9 profanity (25%), and 3 epithet (8,3%). From the 36 taboo words discovered, 26 are uttered by Nobby, while the rest of which are said by Sebastian. The finding implies that an individual with less education and from a lower-class society tends to speak taboo words more frequently than that growing up with education within an upper-class circle

Learning Space Transformation: An Innovation Design in the Computer Laboratory

This research aims to develop an interior design plan for the computer laboratory at SMKN 1 North Luwu. The research methodology employed in this study is research and development (R&amp;D). The research process consists of several steps, including analyzing potential issues and challenges, accomplished through an extensive review of existing literature and on-site field studies. Data is collected through methods, including observations, interviews, and documentation. The content of the design development encompasses several crucial aspects. First, it involves the creation of a design concept for the laboratory, which is then translated into detailed 2D working drawings and 3D perspective drawings. These design proposals are rigorously assessed and validated by experts and practitioners. The outcomes of this research effort include a comprehensive interior design plan tailored specifically for the computer laboratory at SMKN 1 North Luwu. This design plan is presented through detailed 2D drawings and 3D modeling using V-ray SketchUp 2020. The validation process of the design resulted in a score of 141 with a percentage of 97.9%, indicating that the product design is highly suitable as an exemplary model for managing the computer laboratory at SMKN 1 North Luwu, with a classification of "excellent.
